Dekel Infrastructures owns the Green-Net facility, which utilizes advanced technology for the reception, treatment, sorting, and separation of waste into various materials. Some of these materials are transferred to the recycling industry for reuse, while the rest is sent for disposal. The facility is located in the Atarot industrial zone and provides services to the Jerusalem metropolitan area, primarily to the Jerusalem Municipality, from which it receives municipal waste under an agreement. The facility’s revenue structure includes income from each ton of waste received, as well as income from the sale of recycling products. Additionally, the company operates in the field of sludge and contaminated soil treatment at the Ramat Hovav site through its subsidiary, Greensoil. It is also working to establish a waste sorting facility in the Eshkol Regional Council area and, more recently, won a project to build a waste sorting and treatment facility at the Hiriya site, which will serve Tel Aviv and the surrounding cities.
