A terminal logistics center with a built area of approximately 12,500 sq m that will be used to store dry products and products that require refrigeration or freezing.
A logistics center covering approximately 11,000 square meters for storing dry goods in various sizes and volumes, with a height of up to 14 meters.
Open storage at the terminal, used among other things for the storage of vehicles, general cargo containers, and refrigerated containers.
A hazardous materials terminal – a licensed terminal for the handling and storage of hazardous materials, as well as warehouses and offices.

Additionally, the company holds rights in Complex 126, a site under development where a hazardous materials logistics center is planned, which will also accommodate the current operations at the hazardous materials terminal.
